There are three ways to experience pure exhilaration at area ski hills. If you love the thrill of the chill on Wisconsin ski hills like Cascade Mountain and Christmas Mountain Village, then you fit into at least one if not all these categories.
Skier: Makes no difference if you are a beginner on the bunny hill or a black diamond slope skier, as the downhill runs at both ski hills cut a wide swath of options. Cascade Mountain has 36 trails specials include kids 12 and under ski for free when accompanied by a paid adult. Christmas Mountain Village has 16 trails to include cross-country.
Snowboarder: Cascade Mountain and Christmas Mountain Village each have four terrain parks, providing plenty of opportunities to show off your freestyling skills.
Tubing: Tube by day and night at Christmas Mountain Village and Cascade Mountain. Christmas Mountain Village’s longest runs measure more than 900 feet, plus their cyber tubing allows you to slide under the stars with laser lights and glow sticks. Cascade Mountain has five chutes, each 800-feet long.
