Carved ham, omelets, French toast, yum. We’re getting hungry just thinking about the Easter brunches that are coming to town next week. No matter where you’re staying, there’s bound to be a delicious option near year. Without further ado, we present the 2016 Easter Brunch options in “The Waterpark Capital of the World!®” All events take place on Sunday, March 27th.
- Buffalo Phil’s Pizza & Grille
11:00am – 3:00pm
This family-friendly haven located near Exit 92 will feature its regular pizza, pasta, salad and soup lunch buffet but it will be topped off with Easter specials such as oven roasted ham, cheesy hash browns, and French toast sticks.
- Chula Vista Resort
11:00am – 4:00pm
This scenic resort on the Wisconsin River has been hosting families for Easter brunch for years. The buffet includes specialties such as a chef rolled sushi bar, poached salmon display, chef made omelets, ham and roast beef.
- Field’s at the Wilderness
12:00pm – 7:00pm
Field’s is a classic fine dining experience. Diners will find featured entrees for the day, including prime rib, braised lamb shank and Virginia baked pit ham.
- House of Embers
10:00am – 1:30pm
House of Embers is another stop that has been in the Easter brunch game for years. This cozy restaurant will have a brunch buffet featuring sliced roast beef with marsala wine sauce, seafood crepes, honey glazed ham and more.
- Moosejaw Pizza & Dells Brewing Co.
10:00am – 2:00pm
Moosejaw Pizza is also a strong contender with families. The spacious dining areas make it a great fit for a large group too. The Easter buffet here includes yummy French toast, southern biscuits with gravy and honey ham.
- Trappers Turn Golf Club
Starting at 9:00am
Trappers Turn is well known for its exquisite buffets, and Easter is no exception. Check out the salad bar, prime rib, steamship ham, bacon wrapped pork loin, omelet station and biscuits and gravy. Reservations are required for the Easter brunch.
- Wild Canyon Café at Wilderness Resort
7:00am – 1:00pm (Brunch buffet)
5:00pm – 9:00pm (Dinner buffet)
No need to worry about timing at the Wilderness Resort. The resort offers both a brunch buffet and a dinner buffet. The first session features options such as eggs benedict and crème brulee French toast while the dinner crowd will find boneless leg of lamb, bourbon glazed ribs and baked salmon with lemon dill.
