Here’s a rundown of Halloween fun in Wisconsin Dells. It will haunt you if you don’t partake at least a little.
Wilderness Resort: Halloween-theme duck races in the waterpark, craft projects creating spooky masks, horse-drawn wagon rides to their mini-pumpkin patch, trick or treating, and a Family Halloween Bash on October 28.
Chula Vista Resort: Their spooktacular special includes a scavenger hunt, Halloween temporary tattoos, wagon rides, a costume contest, Halloween parade, and trick or treating.
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions: During Halloween weekend, there will be pumpkin decorating, cookie decorating, cupcake decorating (we see a theme developing here!), candy corn bingo, and trick or treating.
Great Wolf Lodge: They call it Howl-O-Ween, and in October kids can collect goodies along their treat-or-treat trail during the costume parade, and then join the staff for story time and the Monster Bash dance party.
Mt. Olympus Resort: Guests of all ages are encouraged to dress in costume and collect candy around the resort. A live DJ will be mixing a monster mash of music. Select outdoor and indoor amusement park rides are included. The tone is “Not-So-Spooky,” so bring the little ones.
Country Bumpkin Farm Market & Lil’ Bumpkin Play Village: Features a corn maze that is 2 ½ acres and fun questions to help you through the stalks. This one is ideal for the kids. There’s also a petting farm, straw cave, pumpkin patch, farm train ride, and pumpkin smashin’ catapult.
Red Ridge Ranch Riding Stable: Not only is there a corn maze here, there’s also a hay maze. Show off your artistic skills with some pumpkin painting, take a hay ride, and visit the petting zoo. And, of course, make time for a horseback trail ride.
