- Executive Office
The Executive Director performs all duties and responsibilities as set forth by the WDV&CB bylaws and is responsible for management of all areas of operation of the association, retaining final accountability for all programs. The position fosters long-term professional relationship with key leaders in the community including Bureau members, government and civic officials.
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Executive Director, maintains Bureau policies and minutes and serves as the liaison between the Bureau and the Board of Directors and Committees. This position also manages the annual Safety Patrol Congress.
The Festivals Manager will manage festivals to effectively represent the Wisconsin Dells area to media, visitors, member businesses, community organizations and local government.
- Marketing & Communications
Director of Marketing & Communications
The Director of Marketing & Communications is responsible for ensuring that all advertising initiatives, promotions and communications are effectively developed and delivered to the general public. In addition, this position manages the Bureau's public/media relations program including generating story ideas, conducting desk side visits, and coordinating interviews and in-area visits.
Marketing & Communications Manager
The Marketing & Communications Manager assists the Director of Marketing & Communications with communications tactics to position "The Waterpark Capital of the World!®" in print, broadcast and online media outlets.
The Marketing Coordinator coordinates member participation in Bureau leisure marketing opportunities. In addition, this position responds to donation and research requests and provides general assistance to the marketing and communications department.
Web & Graphic Administrator
The Web & Graphic Administrator is responsible for researching, creating, implementing, managing and re-purposing all content related to the Bureau website, to support all in-house email marketing communications, and provides desktop/graphic design support.
- Finance & Administration
Director of Finance & Administration
The Director of Finance & Administration develops, directs and manages staff of accounting, membership/festivals, and human resources. Develops and implements organizational strategies and policies and manages the overall daily office operations. Works to improve processes and policies and assists with long-term organizational planning.
Member/Community Relations Manager
The Member/Community Relations Manager acts as the principal liaison between the Bureau and members, manages membership sales/retention and works to highlight WDVCB accomplishments in the community.
Finance & Administration Assistant
The Finance & Administration Assistant is responsible for assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing. They provide administrative support to Director of Finance & Administration and other F&A department positions.
The Accountant is responsible for the recording of all accounting related transactions. Other responsibilities include performing account analysis, preparing account reconciliations, preparing accounting statements and reports.
Director of Sales
The Director of Sales plans, directs and manages the sales department efforts and personally promotes and sells the destination aimed at generating overnight meeting/convention, group and sports business (including both new and repeat business) to Wisconsin Dells.
The Sales Manager generates overnight business from the meetings & convention market through direct sales efforts such as in person appointments, phone calls, and conference attendance. This position also serves as the contact for sporting events and tournaments.
Leisure Group Sales & Convention Service Manager
The Leisure Group Sales & Convention Service Manager generates business from the leisure group market including tour operators, reunions, hobby groups, and social segments. This position also coordinates convention services and serves as the first point of contact for the sales department.
- Operations & Technology
Director of Operations & Technology
The Director of Operations & Technology is responsible for all visitor services functions, inventory & receiving systems, building enhancements, and mailroom operations, and manages all technology aspects and functions involved with the operations of the Bureau.
Visitor Services Manager
The Visitor Services Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of area business information to visitors whether via telephone, through wisdells.com or in person; manages two visitor information centers.
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for keeping the Visitor Bureau building and premises in clean and working order, including landscaping, painting, repairs, etc.; keeping in-area Vacation Guide racks filled and delivery of welcome bags to conventions being held at local area businesses.
Network Systems Manager
The Network Systems Manager assists the Director of Operations & Technology with network and Active Directory maintenance, other network hardware/software troubleshooting and maintenance tasks, server and workstation operating system and office productivity software updates.
The Mailroom Manager is responsible for sorting and distribution of incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, provides support to the Director of Operations & Technology to ensure that outgoing mail is processed accurately and efficiently.
Visitor Services Representative
The Visitor Services Representative is responsible for greeting and assisting visitors by answering questions and handling requests for information in a friendly, professional and accurate manner, whether by telephone, email or in person. This position is also responsible for ensuring adequate quantities of visitor information and reference materials are always available, current and accurate.

Visitor Services Representative
The Visitor Services Coordinator assists the Visitor Services Manager in ensuring that the operations of the Information Center and Telecenter are in compliance with organizational and departmental policies. This position also acts as back up to both centers as needed.
Information Services Manager
The Information Services Manager works to maintain and improve the technological processes (computer and telephone systems) that make it possible to provide immediate, efficient and comprehensive information about Bureau membership and special events to Bureau staff, Wisconsin Dells area employees and consumers. Maintains office equipment (copiers, faxes, printers) and manages maintenance agreements and usage data/invoicing.
