Our tall timber lodge features 36 suites w/handcrafted log furnishings and mini-kitchens. Constructed of Canadian cedar timber, it is reminiscent of the charm & grandeur of a national park lodge. Indoor Activities:
The Mount Gushmore Dam - Watch our busy beavers constructing a dam at the summit of "Mount Gushmore." But, beware when the dam breaks, there's gushes of water fun that spills into beaver valley.
Beaver Valley Sawmill - A water activity featuring "The Rusty Ripsaw" toddler slide, "Crooked Cavern Crawlthrough" and interactivity hoses and spray features.
Baby Bears Bubbling Brook - A play, slide and spray feature just for the little ones.
Sawdust Springs Area - Where adults can rest while bubbling jets relax you as the kids play.

Outdoor Activities:
Hollow Tree Swimmin' Hole - A watery outdoor activity pool with 2 "Slippery Hickory" tree slides bursting water from its branches, a "Flower Shower" and bubbling geysers.
Sparkling Pool - A very large 3' - 4 1/2' deep outdoor swimming pool perfect to stretch out in or swim laps.

This is a Classic Wisconsin Dells Experience:
It started out as an eight-room tourist hotel at the bend in the road on Hwy. 13. Visitors were apt to arrive by train, greeted by a staff member who would ferry them to the resort in a Chrysler "woodie" station wagon. It wasn't unusual for guests to stay a week or two. Old times tell of Al Capone and Charlie Chaplin vacationing here. On Meadowbrook's 50th anniversary, the Kalcik family purchased it and undertook a full renovation, but still keeping the original lodge. This is a favorite for family reunions, with its northwoods charm, indoor and outdoor pools and eco-friendly philosophy.

"In July 2007, my two children (ages 10 and 13), best friend, and i booked a three nights stay with a water package. i had only been to the dells twice before, only in small motels, not a resort. i was uncertain how the rooms would be since i had paid a much higher price at another facility that looked wonderful online but was nothing like it was made to be...the heater/air conditioner unit didn't work. we turned it on and went to sleep only to wake up with the room full of smoke, the alarms blairing and other motel guest running out of their rooms!!! To my surprise, Meadowbrook Resort was beautiful!!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Even the other guest were friendly and kind. I also had my doubts about the noise level at such a kid-friendly resort but AGAIN i was pleasantly surprised! It was a very quiet and relaxing stay. i would recommend ANYONE visiting the dells to book their stay with meadowbrook. The free smores kit and small bonfire outside for the kids was GREAT! The rooms were spacious with beautiful timber-cabin decor. I cannot say enough about my stay with meadowbrook. It's a wonderful place and I will definately be booking my next family vacation with Meadowbrook! The water packate Meadowbrook offers is definately a good deal for any family wanting georgeous accomodations, relaxing stay, and LOTS OF FUN at the waterparks!! DEFINATELY A GREAT DEAL FOR THE PRICE!!!! I thank everyone at Meadowbrook for such a wonderful stay!"
