Condos at the Waterpark
It’s every kid’s dream come true…to live at the waterpark. Or at least make it a second home. The largest waterpark resorts in the area have been hugely successful in not only building and selling condos, but keeping them rented when the buyers are not there, making for a tidy return on investment. The condos at Glacier Canyon Lodge, an upscale development at the Wilderness Resort, were sold before construction was even completed. Kalahari Kondomeniums, as they’re called, come with access to the Kalahari Resort’s many waterpark amenities. The new Chula Vista Resort Condominiums include units that are large enough to sleep 18.
