Pre-Event Services
- Please complete the Sports Grant & Bid Fee Application for consideration.
- Assist with bidding process to bring your event to Wisconsin Dells
- Coordinate site inspections and familiarization tours to experience first hand all the great offerings that the Dells has to offer you, your staff, and your participants
- Secure event dates and availability from the venues that meet your event or tournament criteria
- Recommend and solicit local businesses and organizations for services and sponsorships
- Solicit and secure room blocks from area hotels
- Provide logistical information and contact information for event set-up and layout
- Provide pre-event customized mailings to participants
- Digital photography and DVDs
Day-of-Event Services
- Custom-stuffed literature and giveaway bags
- Welcome letters
- Wisconsin Dells on-site information booth
- Programs and referrals for spouses and family members that are non-participants
