Recess Never Ends Here It’s just plain fun to vacation in Wisconsin Dells. First, there are the waterparks. Lots of them. Enough to keep you coming back to try a new one each year for the next 20 years. We kid you not. Now, layer in the attractions, more than 80 in all. An attraction is anything you'd find attractive to do while you're here. There are roller coasters that will take your breath away (temporarily of course) and go-kart tracks that will put your hand/eye coordination to the test as you navigate hairpin turns. If you're into extreme rides, Wisconsin Dells has some real screamers. Perhaps your idea of fun is sitting back and being entertained. Magic, music, dance, comedy and mystery are all choices for you. Fall packs a colorful punch, creating the perfect backdrop for golf, hiking and romance. Even in the winter, the indoor waterparks are a very comfortable 85 degrees. Spring brings with it fresh air, blue skies, fishing, bicycling, and a chance to experience Spring Break Dells’ style. Oh yes, lest we forget, nearly 90 percent of our area attractions are open 12 months a year. Consider a DUCK ride, a land-to-water excursion that will take you places and show you things you never knew existed in the Dells. Bring your clubs and your camera, because the settings of our golf courses offer a real "wow" factor. Interactive Wisconsin Dells Attractions Let You Get Hands OnOur interactive attractions could have you chasing through a life-size labyrinth with elements of a wizard video game, exploring a real MIR space station here on earth, and touring a museum with more oddities than you can shake a stick at. Indoor playlands in Wisconsin Dells have enough gizmos, ball pits, bowling alleys, video arcades and games to make you dizzy with fun. Grown-ups Deserve A Break TooThere are day spas, resort spas, and spa-bulous overnight spas. Sneak away from the kids for a few hours, or plan a return visit dedicated to pampering. Gaming is another entertaining pastime, and the digs are high-class. As for shopping, Wisconsin Dells has a dual personality. There's the downtown Dells River District with classic shops lining the boardwalk in both directions. Or an open-air pedestrian shopping center with high-end brand names that will make urban escapees feel right at home.
