"“CTD performed the commissioning on our 2x1 combined cycle conversion. This entailed graphic design and configuration, verifying the I/O loops and hardware, development and implementation of control strategies, steam turbine control integration into the Emerson DCS via Modbus links and tuning of the process controls for running in the combined cycle mode. The startup manager with over 28 years of startup experience told me that Ron Wensley is the best and fastest in tuning the control loops that he has ever seen, this allowed the startup crew to meet performance targets with the loops in auto. Ron is extremely knowledgeable in engineering and implementing strategies for controlling any process. I believe that CTD will be a considerable asset on any project.”
