Today, with the Wisconsin Dells billing itself as the Waterpark Capital of the World, many of the million-plus travelers who flock here never leave the massive hotels - complete with water slides, wave pools and funnels - that are a short distance from Interstate 90/94. But look a bit beyond the waterparks - which began to take over in the early 1990s - and you'll find the 'natural' Dells are still around and well worth visiting.
