The Wisconsin Dells Vacation Guide® Survey Contest is sponsored by the Wisconsin Dells Visitor & Convention Bureau.

  1. CONTEST PARTICIPATION: All entries must be completed and submitted by 2:59 p.m. Central Time on June 30, 2010; September 30, 2010; December 31, 2010 or March 31, 2011. Limit of one entry per household per quarter. Contestants may only win one prize during the entire contest period of April 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011. No purchase necessary to enter.

  2. ELIGIBILITY: Must be at least 21 years of age to enter. Prior winners are not eligible to win. Employees, relatives and agents of the Wisconsin Dells Visitor & Convention Bureau and its members are not eligible to win.

  3. PRIZES: The Wisconsin Dells Vacation Guide® quarterly prize is a $25 Wisconsin Dells gift card. One prize is awarded quarterly. No substitutions for prize. Prize is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and will be mailed by July 7, 2010; October 7, 2010; January 7, 2011 and April 7, 2011. Liability of taxes and any other associated costs are the sole responsibility of prize winner.

  4. ODDS: Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of entries received each quarter.

  5. NOTIFICATION: The quarterly Vacation Guide® winner will be notified by mail. For a list of winners, visit wisdells.com/contestwinners after July 7, 2010; October 7, 2010; January 7, 2011 and April 7, 2011.

  6. All prize awards are final.
