"I had the greatest time of my life there going to the parks and tourist spots. I loved the Fairy tale zoo and the Deer Park. I am 24 and had so much fun. I am making more plans to go again but this time with my kids. They are gonna have fun with me. See ya soon Ramada staff. Loved the hotel but the other hotel next to us was a bit loud with the construction but still had fun."

"When we stayed there in Nov. of 07 we were given the wrong room (we reserved a king bed and were put into a 2 queen bed). When I asked the front desk the gentelmen said that the bed in the room we were supposed to be in had a broken side board. When I called the front desk the next day I was told that our room was given away because us and another couple booked that room on line at the same time and that they got there first so they got the room. So to make up for the mistake my husband and I received a jacuzzi suite at no extra cost and had a more romantic weekend than we were planning. Thanks for giving us more not less to make up for your mistake we now call your hotel ours and plan to stay with you from now on when we stay in the Dells. Thanks and keep up the great work."
