Both left Wisconsin Dells for five years to travel the country in search of culturally interesting recipes. They classify their cuisine as "modern American" and enjoy the fact that people are willing to experiment a bit more when on vacation.
The unusual chandelier at the top of the stairs, with forks, spoons and knives hanging from it, is their creation.
