Ready Set Shop

November 30, 2012
Winter ShoppingThere are many time-honored Wisconsin Dells winter traditions that involve the entire family and some that are for girls only.  We think that’s as it should be, because moms, sisters, girlfriends and every combination thereof deserve a little time on their own to fully immerse themselves in the Wisconsin Dells shopping experience.

While the guys are in the woods or at home, you can be strolling effortlessly from one designer store to the next in the dells. Wisconsin Landscaping and Garden Center is debuting its “Winter Wonderland” this year with holiday décor items, handmade wreathes and garlands, seasonal centerpieces and ornaments. Cranberry Connections is decked out with gifts galore for the holidays too. There’s Holiday House gift store with collectibles like Fenton art glass.

Wisconsin Dells gastronomic goodies make great gifts for anyone on the hard-to-shop-for list.  The fudge shops downtown are stocked with sweet treats while Market Square Cheese is stocked with Wisconsin’s best snacks. At Oodlesmack Popcorn holiday tins and flavors are in.

When you have shopped until you can’t shop any longer, take time out to pamper yourself with winter spa services that are holiday themed at Sundara Inn and Spa. The scents of the holidays were the idea behind their Apple Cinnamon Stone Massage, Hydrating Honey Cider Body Polish & Massage, or a Fizzling Cider Manicure or Pedicure. Sip on a mug of hot spiced cider afterwards while relaxing in the heated infinity pool.
There, Dells holiday shopping all tied up nicely with a big bow!
