The Wisconsin Dells Visitor & Convention Bureau (WDVCB) is the official tourism destination marketing organization for the Wisconsin Dells area. A private, non-profit corporation formed in 1949, the WDVCB is funded through a combination of room tax, partnership investments and advertising co-ops.

Summary of Position
The Distribution Coordinator is responsible for oversight of incoming/outgoing mail; maintaining logs and files pertaining to mail processing; maintaining mailroom equipment; and oversight of mailroom assistance when needed. Qualified applicants must have basic spreadsheet and word document skills and have experience with general data processes. This position is also responsible for serving as a backup to the Visitor Services Department. On rare occasion, this position performs light cleaning duties associated with extended leave taken by the Maintenance Associate. Direct mailroom experience is not required.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus at least five years of data processing or other related experience preferred. Experience working in a professional office environment preferred. Willing to train the right candidate.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Current driver's license and clean driving record required.

Compensation
Hours estimated at 40 hours per week, year-round, and requires weekend work. Work hours will fluctuate between Monday – Friday and Tuesday – Saturday, generally 8 am – 4 pm. Pay will be based on experience.
