The Wisconsin Dells Visitor & Convention Bureau (WDVCB) is the official tourism destination marketing organization for the Wisconsin Dells area whose mission is to grow the economic impact of tourism by inspiring and encouraging travel to the community through innovative marketing and economic development strategies, benefiting our visitors, community, and business partners. A private, non-profit corporation formed in 1949, the WDVCB is funded through a combination of room tax revenue and partnership investments.

Summary of Position
The Partnership Services Coordinator provides support for all partnership activities: recruitment and retention, partner services and engagement, oversight of partnership database, and other duties to support the mission of the WDVCB partner programs. This position maintains a strong working knowledge of all Partner Investment Agreements, Marketing & Supplier Partner fee structures, Tourism Affiliate qualifications, Partnership policies, and programs. This position is supervised by and works closely and collaboratively with the Director of Partnership to accomplish the Partnership Team mission.

Education and/or Experience
Minimum of an associate degree and three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities. The ideal candidate will have some hospitality experience and/or background, demonstrated skills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously, excellent grammar and proof-reading skills and work under deadline pressure if needed on assignments. Previous experience in maintaining a CRM desirable. Compensation Hours estimated at 40 hours per week, year-round. Pay will be based on experience.
