Knowing how to balance great spices with flavor in your cooking can be difficult. Chef Huma will demonstrate how to use healthy and exotic spices in your day to day cooking. She will create Fish Tacos with delectable cod, cooked with her very own blend of spices from White Jasmine, Sajji Masala, and topped with Pineapple salsa. Yum!
Huma Siddiqui is a Mother, accountant, entrepreneur, published author, cooking instructor, host of ‘White Jasmine Everyday Cooking’ a weekly cooking show on WKOW27 in Madison. Huma is intent on keeping Pakistani food traditions alive. In Pakistan, food is so much more than sustenance; it is the foundation of the family. She has a passion for cooking, great food and bringing family and friends together. She is not only the author of this fabulous book but also the President and Founder of White Jasmine, a web-based business and offers gourmet spices, flavored gouda cheeses and a selection of teas.

Susan Vrabec is a pharmacist by trade and a specialist in growing and cooking with herbs as a passion. She is a self-taught gourmet chef with lots of great ideas brought with her from her extensive travels across Italy. She is always a favorite teacher and her classes are taught in a fun and relaxed style.

TOM WOLOWIK was a Fishmonger at Madison's Seafood Centers for fifteen years; then a chef at Bistro 101 in Mt. Horeb. Now, Tom concentrates on teaching cooking classes and small catering events. He loves Madison's great ethnic and specialty food stores, and he enjoys seafood and fishing with his two children.
