Summary of Position
The Multimedia/Graphic Specialist assists the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Assistant Director of Marketing & Communications in developing, executing and organizing all multimedia content to ultimately create growth in the economic impact of tourism for the Wisconsin Dells area. This position will provide professional graphic and multimedia services integrated across a variety of mediums including print, photography, video, web, mobile or any other new media. The Multimedia/Graphic Specialist will interact with internal staff and external partners to ensure that all print, digital and web-based assets reflect the Wisconsin Dells brand accurately.

Education/Experience/Skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and a minimum of three years, preferably more, related experience required. Or combination of at least five years directly related marketing, digital content, web development and/or design experience.
The ideal candidate should have the right balance of technical skills and imaginative creativity. Candidate must be a problem solver who is able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Candidate should have own creative ideas and can communicate them clearly to others, but willing to take direction and work with team members in multiple departments. Strong attention to detail, strong interpersonal communication and project management skills are critical to the success of the candidate.
Compensation
This is a salaried position estimated to work 40 hours per week and wage is based on experience.
