About the Elm Street Plaza
The Elm Street Plaza is a result of a partnership between the Wisconsin Dells Visitor & Convention Bureau and the City of
Wisconsin Dells. Scheduled to open in July 2022, draws to the Elm Street Plaza will include nightly entertainment, Farmer’s
Markets, pop-up specialty markets, seasonal celebrations, and other downtown events. Amenities will include a covered
entertainment stage, in-ground water features, the largest Kugel-Ball in Wisconsin, a mural wall, public restrooms, and a
donor plaque wall.
The Vision for the Elm Street Plaza is that it will become a primary driver of visits to down-town Wisconsin Dells, grow
programming, and generate increased business to downtown merchants for an overall area economic impact.
Summary of Position
The Elm Street Plaza Attendant assists the Downtown Events & Plaza Manager and performs duties at the Elm Street Plaza to
ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. The Elm Street Plaza Attendant is a highly physical job that will require
extensive standing and walking, sometimes for the entire shift. Applicants must be 18 or older and provide proof of Safe
Server Certification prior to starting work.

Must be 18 or older. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus 1-2 years of experience with cash
handling, face to face customer service, general maintenance, and inventory.
This is an hourly position estimated to work 24-32 hours per week and wage is based on experience.
