Event Overview
Learn the process of sourdough from start to finish and leave with the skills to nourish your family. During this class, you will feed a sourdough starter to take home with you, learn all steps to making a loaf of artisan bread, bake a beautiful loaf together, and leave the class with an artisan loaf to finish in your own kitchen the next day. Sourdough sandwiches and sides provided for dinner! At home, you will need: bread basket/bowl and dutch oven.
Bring with you to the class:
- Large mixing bowl with lid or tea towel
- Apron (optional)
