Roscoe Foster and The Rascal Theory (trt) is a nationally recognized touring band who have won many awards and accolades for the original music written and performed by Roscoe Foster, including a Grammy Nomination. Roscoe Foster and The Rascal Theory will not only entertain every age but will have you dancing along to Blues, Soul, and Funk music. This performance takes place during Hollywood at Elm Street Plaza. During our 39th annual Classic Car Show weekend, we’ll be celebrating some of movie and TV’s most iconic cars at “Hollywood at Elm Street Plaza.” Replica cars such as the Blues Brothers’ Bluesmobile, Scooby-Doo Mystery Machine, A-Team Van, and Knight Rider KITT will be on full display.
