Event Overview
The Big Deal is a power trio consisting of guitar, bass, and drums, with powerful vocals and great harmonies. The band is comprised with great Madison area musicians from other well known bands (The Retro Specz, Mars Hall, The Usual Suspects, The eMpTy Vees, Shekinah King and others). Musically they are very versatile, playing hits from the '60s and '70s, as well as some blues and funk to mix it up with stellar musicianship. They are from the Madison area, featuring Kurt Quickel on lead guitar, Joe Laquinto on bass and lead vocals, and Eric J. on drums and backup vocals.
