If you’ve never been to the studio of famed landscape photographer Henry Hamilton Bennett in downtown Wisconsin Dells, we highly recommend it. Admission is now free to this state historic site, and inside you’ll see Bennett’s spectacular 19th century images of the Wisconsin River and sandstone cliffs, images that helped make Wisconsin Dells famous.
With that as inspiration, take a stroll along the Scenic River Walk and wait for that decisive moment when a tour boat glides into frame. Hike the quartzite cliffs of Devil’s Lake State Park and snap a panorama from the top. Capture that magical moment when the sun meets the water on a sunset dinner cruise of the Wisconsin River. Practice your wildlife photography at the International Crane Foundation. Your instagram account will be full in no time. And share on our account too!
