Important Information & Policies

As part of your All-Inclusive Package, each guest may enjoy one full meal per dining experience which includes one appetizer and/or entrée.
Your all-inclusive perks kick off at 4:00 PM on the day you arrive and wrap up at 11:30 AM on the day you check out — no matter if you’ve added Early Check-In or Late Check-Out to your stay. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for alcohol purchases, and the resort adheres strictly to alcohol-related laws and policies.

• Kilbourn City Grill & Lounge
• Crash Landings (Located in the Indoor Waterpark)
• Sangria Marias (Located in the Indoor Waterpark)
• The Tavern Bar at Cold Water Canyon Golf Course (Seasonal)
• Not Included: Kaminski’s Chop House & Lounge, Roadster’s Coffee House & Pre-Packaged Concessions

Beverages Included:

• Alcoholic Drinks – Tap Beer, Rail Liquor, and House Wines by the glass
• Non-Alcoholic Drinks- Unlimited Tap Soda, Coffee, Tea, Milk and Non-Bottled Juice
• Select Beverages at Sangria Maria and Kilbourn City Grill
• Not Included: Bottled drinks, Starbucks, cordials, and call-brand liquors.

Maximum Guests per Room:

• Double Queen and Vacation Villa Studio: 6 guests
• Vacation Villa Lofts and 2 Bedroom Condo: 8 guests

Terms & Conditions:

• Resort fee of $35.00 plus tax per room, per night applies and will be collected at the time of booking
• A one-time cleaning fee applies: $60 for Vacation Villa Lofts and 2 Bedroom Units and will be collected at the time of booking.
• Pet fees of $40 per pet per night plus tax apply, with a required Canine Agreement for dogs.
• The package is pre-paid and non-refundable.
• Payments can be transferred to a new reservation within one year of the original booking date.
• Rescheduling is allowed but subject to availability and must be within the offered dates.
