Adventure and Thrills Beyond Waterparks

Young women climbing at Bigfoot ropes course

There are plenty of options to get your feet off the ground in Wisconsin Dells. First, we’re talking ziplines. There’s BigFoot Zipline Tours where you’ll zip through forests and above water features; and Wilderness Canyon Zip Line Canopy Tour, where you’ll soar over Lost Canyon. Still, want to be in the air, but don’t want to zip around? BigFoot Ropes Course allows you to climb high and race to the chopper all year round!

Can’t decide on a zipline or other outdoor adventures? Good news! Dells Zipline Adventure, an aerial park with four different courses and variety of adventures like rope climbing and bridge maneuvers also has a zip line park-no need to make two stops at this one-stop adventure park! If you classify yourself as an adrenaline junkie, stop at Vertical Illusions-Zip Line/Kayak/Rock Climbing Adventure Center, it’s your one-stop-shop for zip line, kayaking, and rock climbing!

Those are the outdoor options, but there are indoor options that will also make you feel like you have your head in the clouds. You’ll find a rock-climbing wall and ropes course at Tom Foolerys Adventure Park and the Wilderness Resort!

P.S. For those with a fear of heights, you’ll be so busy having fun you may forget all about it!
