- At B-LUX Grill & Bar and B-LUX Grill & Bar Lake Delton, all the menu items are made from scratch, with fresh ingredients sourced locally. The signature burgers are mouthwatering, and the shakes are over the top! (They take up an entire page of the menu.) Share an order of Ellsworth Creamery cheese curds to kick off the meal.
- Lake City Social Grill & Bar offers a diverse menu that reflects classic family-friendly American dining with a twist. Their burgers are outstanding and they also offer salads, pasta, seafood, and creative entrees alongside games and space for kids to enjoy their meal.
Fun, Quirky Spots Kids Will Love
Wisconsin Dells vacations are all about making memories, and these unique restaurants offer experiences your family will never forget!
- For fans of street food, Grateful Shed is worth the stop. Not only does it have a fantastic array of food trucks, Grateful Shed operates inside a huge garage, so weather is never a problem. Choose from tacos, pizza, grilled cheese, and sweet treats. There is plenty of casual seating to accommodate the entire family (including a table inside a vintage VW van.)
- Hot Dog Avenue offers classic Chicago-style dogs, burgers, Philly cheesesteaks, and more – great grab-and-go fuel between attractions. (And don’t worry – even though the owners are from Chicago, they’ll let you put ketchup on your dog!)
- The motto at Hot Rocks is “Sear. Sizzle. Savor.” – and for good reason. The food at this tiki-style eatery is delivered on hot lava stones, allowing diners to cook it to their liking. Even the kids’ menu features a “little steak on the rock.” You’ll want to save some room, though – Hot Rocks’ fudge volcano desserts are an epic experience!

- Paul Bunyan’s Cook Shanty has been a Wisconsin Dells mainstay for generations. It’s filled with 1890s logging camp artifacts and fixtures, as well as historic logging photos and three Golden Pine log dining rooms. Paul Bunyan’s is famous for family-style breakfasts and homemade buttermilk donuts.
- Mr. Pancake is another “Old School” Dells experience. A local favorite for over 50 years, Mr. Pancake uses family recipes and makes fresh batter every day with breakfast specials sure to satisfy even the hungriest guests.
- The menu at BJ’s Restaurant includes a kids’ scramble, pancakes, and French toast. Grown-ups, you should order the Howie’s Huge Breakfast to say you did and because it features every tasty breakfast favorite you can imagine.
- Bella Goose Coffee - Cafe on the River has lattes and espressos for mom and dad and house-made waffles, breakfast sandwiches, and pastries for the whole family.
- Courtyard Cafe is expanding in 2026, nearly doubling its size to create more room for families to gather over breakfast and lunch favorites, bakery treats, and coffee drinks.
