What happens if my card declines?
  • Please make sure your Wisconsin Dells Gift Card is being run as a “credit card” and not as a “gift card.” You will need to know the exact balance on your card, so that if the total of your purchase exceeds the balance on your card, your cashier can manually enter the amount and run your Wisconsin Dells Gift Card. 
  • The point-of-sale system may have gone through an update at the participating business. Please call 800-755-8713 (number on the back of the card) while at the register for merchant support, and the card processing company can ensure the register system is up to date.
     
What if a business states that they do not accept the Wisconsin Dells Gift Card?
